Find lasting relief from pain

These treatments are designed to reduce muscle spasm and pain so we can get you to our gym area, where you can strengthen what’s weak and stretch what’s tight. Ultimately, this combination, along with a program of exercise on non-therapy days, is what will get you and keep you as healthy as you can be.

  • Combination Therapy

A mix of ultrasound and electrical muscle stimulation that breaks down scar tissue, loosens muscles and promotes healing.

  • Deep Tissue Mobilization

A manual therapy similar to massage that stimulates muscle fibers and improves muscle tone to loosen muscles and reduce spasm.

  • Cupping

A soft tissue technique that uses suction to stimulate circulation, separate layers of tissue, and reduce muscle spasm and pain.

  • TENS

Uses low-voltage electrical nerve stimulation to reduce pain signals to the brain and, in many cases, cause the release of pain-reducing hormones.

  • Dry Needling

Acupuncture specialty coupled with low-voltage electrical nerve stimulation to increase blood flow and decrease tightness and pain at trigger points

About Us

Spine & Orthopedic Rehab is a private outpatient clinic with the unique ability to combine physical therapy, chiropractic and acupuncture/dry needling in one provider.

We work with Medicare and most insurance companies, and we can help you determine your coverage. Even if your primary care provider works within a health system that has a PT clinic, we are happy to accept your prescription.

Studies suggest that patients who receive care at larger facilities often have more visits and spend more money than patients at private clinics, yet patient outcomes are the same. In addition, patients at private clinics tend to have more direct access to a licensed physical therapist.
